Apache -asennus

Asennetaan apache web-palvelin:
sudo apt-get install apache2

Then a sub-directory specifically to contain the web-pages is created (public_html -sub-directory in user’s home directory) and apache userdir -module is activated with:
sudo a2enmod userdir

After that the server must be restarted (though it’ll be reported automatically that a restart is needed):
sudo service apache2 restart

To make it finally work in my local network, I had to make a small edit in file httpd.con by running that command in terminal:
sudo nano /etc/apache2/httpd.conf -and adding that row to the empty file:
ServerName 192.168.1.100/*/public_html
